By registering for or using Lovano, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lovano is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Registration and User Account

Users agree to:

Keep login credentials confidential.

Not create accounts on behalf of other individuals.

Maintain only one personal account unless otherwise authorized.

Lovano reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community Rules and User Conduct

Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

Illegal activities.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Lovano.

By uploading content, users grant Lovano a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, store, process, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they upload.

6. Messaging Services

Lovano provides communication tools that allow users to interact with one another.

Lovano is not responsible for the content of private communications between users.

Messaging services may not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing purposes.

7. Livestream Features

Lovano may offer livestream functionality.

Users participating as streamers agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws.

Broadcast sexually explicit or pornographic content.

Display harmful, abusive, or dangerous behavior.

Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of others.

Lovano reserves the right to remove, restrict, or terminate any livestream at its sole discretion.

8. Virtual Currency („Diamonds“)

Lovano may offer virtual items or digital currency known as „Diamonds.“

Diamonds:

Have no cash value.

Do not constitute personal property.

Are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.

Are generally non-refundable.

May only be used within the Lovano platform.

Lovano reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, or functionality of Diamonds at any time.

9. Premium Memberships

Lovano may offer paid subscriptions and premium services.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable payment provider.

10. Creator Program and Payouts

Eligible streamers and creators may receive payouts based on virtual gifts, Diamonds, or other platform-based rewards.

To qualify for payouts, creators may be required to:

Complete identity verification.

Comply with all platform rules.

Meet minimum payout thresholds.

Lovano reserves the right to withhold, delay, or deny payouts in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, or legal concerns.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with Lovano’s Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Lovano may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Unless required by law, virtual goods, Diamonds, subscriptions, and other digital purchases are non-refundable following account termination.

13. Disclaimer

Lovano provides a technology platform designed to facilitate connections between users.

Lovano does not guarantee:

Matches or relationships.

Meetings between users.

The accuracy of user-provided information.

Continuous, uninterrupted platform availability.

Users interact with others at their own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovano shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Lovano’s total liability arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to Lovano during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Lovano platform, including software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, and content created by Lovano, remain the exclusive property of Lovano or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

16. Changes to These Terms

Lovano reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of material changes through the platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of the platform after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lovano’s operating company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
